2 year old Pomeranian with grade 4/4 left medial patellar luxation with suspect severe angular limb deformities of the femur and proximal tibia. I am interested in bone models of the femur and tibia for preoperative planning as well as patient specific instrumentation

Bella's left knee

Bella has bilateral grade 4 medial patellar luxation. The left side is worse than the right. I performed a CT scan of both pelvic limbs. I am interested in having 3D printed custom guides and bone models created. Ideally, surgery would be scheduled in the next month
